This home is unique in design from the surrounding units in that it has an open kitchen/living room with a high ceiling. It has been totally remodeled in the summer of 2007. Each bedroom has a private bath; two with tubs; two with showers. The middle bath off the living room can be used by guests. The deck on the front is 15 yards from the beach. You have a 180 degree view of the beach of Mustang Island (where Port Aransas is located. There is a nice walkway to access the beach with an outdoor area to rinse off after returning. This is a great place for children. You can see them from the house when they are on the beach. There is also a common area pool for you and your guests. The house has some walls covered with cedar giving it a beachy feel. Also some large mounted marlin and sailfish. Tile floors in the living area with a drop living room where the kids usually hang out. The master has a private small deck off of it with an incredible view also. The house has two dryers to keep the towels coming. Also there is an extra refrigerator/freezer in the laundry room. You can surf and fish right in the front yard!
