The River House is located right on the bank of the Nueces River. This house was built in the 1920’s and has been completely remodeled. It sits off to itself under very old large oak trees. It has three bedrooms and one bath with a shower. Just four blocks from downtown, this private guesthouse will hold a maximum capacity of 9. It holds a queen, full, 2 twin beds, and 2 twin sofa sleepers.
THE COTTAGE has a lot of charm with its bead board ceilings and a fireplace in one of the bedrooms. This private cottage has a bath with claw foot bathtub and shower. It has a 2 full size beds and a twin sofa sleeper. holding a maximum capacity of 5.
THE LODGE is a very nice and roomy doublewide that has a large front porch built on and a large carport with the roof covering all of the area. It is just to the North of the Cottage and East of the River House. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with tub and shower. Maximum capacity of 10.
